1st Choice Home Care has been proudly serving the communities of Toms River, Manchester, Brick, Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, and other great towns in the greater Ocean and Monmouth County areas of New Jersey.
Anyone who calls our office is promptly greeted by one of our key Office Managers and/or Road Supervisors. The person on the phone is also very likely someone who will be out in the field making supervisory visits, ensuring that our clients are pleased with all aspects of care as well as handling all staffing and client concerns.
Likely, the first voices you will be in contact with will be that of Ana, Kat or Suzanne, all of whom know our clients and staff alike. It is their mission to ensure that each client is matched with the aide that best suits their needs. This goes beyond simple staffing; it's a complex system of knowing each client and their expectations and combining the unique talents and abilities of each aide and/or companion that will be assigned with them. Of course there will be times where "perfect matches" don't happen immediately in which case each will work tirelessly until that "perfect match' does happen.
Our Administrative Team is in the office 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM, however, there is ALWAYS a Supervisor on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including weekends and holidays. At 1st Choice Home Care, you are never left alone. Our Chief Operations Officer and Clinical Director are always on call daily and therefore, there is never a lapse in Supervisory Coverage.
